Our rental service provides emergency service response for your rental equipment. The service covers only the equipment that is rented. Equipment that is connected to the rental unit is not covered. Examples are: the ducting system, the venting system, the electrical wiring to the equipment and the plumbing to the equipment. If service is required to any equipment that is not part of the rental a service fee will apply.

We will arrange a service dispatch within 24 hours on notification of an emergency call. Emergency response applies to the conditions noted below.




What is an Emergency?

Certain severe conditions constitute an emergency situation. An emergency is a deficiency that would likely result in imminent and substantial damage to your home, or would likely represent an imminent and substantial risk to the health and safety of the occupants. Examples of emergency situations include:


  1. Total loss of heat between September 15 and May 15;
  2. Gas leaks;
  3. Plumbing leakage that requires complete water shut-off;
  4. Complete loss of hot water.



If you are experiencing a problem that is not an emergency, we will schedule a service call at the earliest mutually convenient time.
